      Cartridge works OK but printer does show message indicating that a non genuine cartridge is being used ,which I didn't get when I used a non genuine cartridge from another online retailer, but for the price can't complain. Only just started using so can't comment on copy volume yet Delivery was pretty good arrived undamaged and on time so no real reason not to use again
